Adventure verses Property Investment

    Baffin Mountains, Antarctica

How did you stumble across this blog?

You researching and planning to do some big adventure across the world?
Or you considering investing in property?

Whichever it maybe there is something in this blog for you.

Adventure and Property Investment seem like opposing ideas, don't they?
Well, not really.
The two in fact can go hand in hand. Investing in Property for the Freedom to pursue Adventures.

The difficulty comes in the seemingly different mindsets.
Adventurers are known to hang onto their Freedom and avoid things they perceive will tie them down. Like Property and even worse, long term Investments. Long Term.... Oooo! That's a big No, No! :-)
And then there are the ambitious Investors who cant get enough fast enough and wind up being way too busy to pursue Adventures they aspire to.

Adventurers, by hanging onto their freedom, have often achieved greatness in various disciplines. Having done so through sponsorship, donations and income from guiding etc. This can be a great life and to be admired on many levels.  They skip the monotonous hamster wheel routine of life, happily move away from mainstream and achieve things very few have.

The Investors on the other hand, often land up being the clients guided by these adventurers, on an attempt to achieve, even if in part, their adventurous dreams.  In a different way, they too have achieved greatness and hence can afford the luxuries of a guide. The price, on the other hand, is having traded many years of their freedom to afford to pursue their adventures.

Which would you prefer?

Well, this is the objective of the blog. Its about achieving both.

Investing for the Freedom to be an Adventurer.  The Adventurer you want to be.
Whether its climbing high mountains, crossing huge oceans, burrowing down some archaeological dig or researching butterflies in Bhutan. Its your Adventure. Your astute thinking and your rewards.

Investing in Property with a clear objective like this is the most important prerequisite to success.
Avoids floundering or deviating from a clearly formulated plan and strategy.

Come back soon and lets delve into how to setup, survive the journey and succeed in achieving great Property Investments for Adventures.
